To use "IN TOUCH" the first time you will be prompted to enter your social security number. If you have a joint account, each user should access the system using his or her social security number. On the first use you will be required to select a personal identification number (PIN) that you choose. Thereafter you will use that number until you decide to change it. Each account owner may personally select his or her own PIN. If you do not select a PIN 120 days from the account opening date, you will have to contact a personal banking representative at the bank at 847-622-8800 or at customerservice@firstcombank.com.

Each time you use the system you may follow the prompts or you may refer to the list below to go directly to the area you wish to use. Selections are made by pushing the appropriate number, followed by the # key.

5. Loan information

To prevent unauthorized activity, transfers from accounts set up under the Illinois Uniform Gift To Minors Act are prohibited.

Each authorized signer should select his or her own PIN.
